Child Resilience Development Programme: "Dastak"

Path to Humanity Foundation is creating sensitivity and acceptance that the state should act to provide a systematic response to violation of children's rights to protection. For this purpose, we organized a workshop related to child Resilience Development Program named “Dastak” at Govt Islamia Girls Primary School, Panj Peer, Lahore on Saturday 17-02-2018.  The main objective of this workshop is to explore understanding of what child abuse is and raise awareness of signs and possible consequences of child abuse. We arranged different activities to ensure that children have access to functioning child protection systems at national and local levels that effectively prevents, responds to abuse, neglect, exploitation and violence against children in all settings in Pakistan.

Workshop On Women Leadership

Path to humanity foundation organized Training Workshop on Women in Leadership. This training workshop was conduct for students of DHMS in HUSSAIN MEMORIAL Homeopathic Medical College on the date of 13, 02, 2018.PHF target teenage girls and boys to create sense of leadership. In the workshop the main objectives were, to empower the women, to give awareness about leadership for students.  In the workshop, target population, trainer and facilitator were involved. Dastak: Child Abuse Awareness Workshop

Training of Trainers for Child Abuse Workshop

Path to Humanity Foundation conducted a 'TOT' Training of trainers for volunteers on 6th January 2018 on CRDP. The main objective of this training was to train the volunteers for the Child Resilience Development Program and its execution strategy and modulation. The volunteers were trained about the basic concepts of conducting a training by following the module and the vision behind project named as “Dastak”. Volunteers were also trained about the basic techniques and terminologies for starting and conducting a workshop by setting up a the ground before starting a workshop.

Awareness Walk for Air Pollution & Climate Change

To create awareness about climate change and air pollution, an awareness walk was organised- by Path to Humanity Foundation on Saturday (18-11-2017) in collaboration with Youth Advocacy Network and several other youth organisations, including Gilgit Baltistan Youth Council, Lagan Foundation, Al-Faeda Organisation, Sustainable Social Development Organisation and K-3 Shaheen. The walk started from Liberty Chowk and ended at Environment Protection Department office near Hockey Stadium Lahore. The awareness walk was attended by the representatives of different civil society organisations, students and others. The participants were carrying placards and banners inscribed with slogans against air pollution and climate change. Hundreds of safety masks were also distributed among motorcyclists. PHF celebrated World Kindness Day on 13th November 2017

Path to Humanity Foundation celebrated World Kindness Day on 13th November 2017. The World Kindness Movement started World Kindness Day in 1998 and has spread to 28 countries.The purpose of celebrating World Kindness Day was to highlight good deeds in the community, focusing on the positive power and raise the awareness for the common thread of kindness that binds us. For this, Path to Humanity Foundation celebrated World Kindness Day on 13 th November 2017 to ensure fundamental freedoms through this information walk.

PHF arranged Training Workshop on KTLT ( Kids Today Leaders Tomorrow)

Path To Humanity Foundation organized a workshop named KTLT (Kids Today Leader Tomorrow) to empower children to become an agent of positive change in our society. For this purpose PHF conducted a training workshop at Govt School in Lahore on 20th October 2017. The “Kids Today, Leaders Tomorrow” leadership program, is developed by Path to Humanity Foundation, specifically designed for enhancing emotional intelligence and IQ of the underprivileged children of small scale schools. The main focus of the program is developing the emotional intelligence required by student leaders to lead others, contribute to community building by enhancing student leadership skills, inspiring and empowering student leaders to participate in a community service project and make a difference in the world around them.
